Make it so you can make the crosshair centered

so, currently when you use a custom crosshair (as well as vanilla MC with no mods) the crosshair is off centered, so when paired with a hit indicator mod (for example walksys crosshair addons) the addon around it looks weird, cause the crosshair isnt in the correct place, so I suggest adding an option in the crosshair mod settings to make it centered
