Ticket Website Update

Hey Moonsworth Web Development Team ,

-> I'm suggesting a cool idea for what might benefit players and identity confirming and if it comes to rewards to claim them example #📸︱fit-check , etc. Updated version for the ticket system's account logging

the idea

Add a "Login with Discord " option to the Lunar Client support website that user could link their discord account or Login with their Discord Account since user’s can already link there ** Minecraft account** (via Discord already too) to identify them instantly.

• 💡 How It Would Work

1. User clicks Login with Discord on the support site.
2. The site authenticates via Discord OAuth2.
3. The system fetches the user’s linked Minecraft account from their Discord ID (same as in the Lunar Client).
4. User is now logged into the support panel with their Discord and Minecraft identity linked.

Why?

• 🔐 Secure: Use the official Discord OAuth2. What you're already doing aka with @faint stream

• ⚡ Fast: You don't have to enter the Minecraft name manually, which is one of the main reasons why I suggest it.

• 🎯 Accurate: Support can immediately identify which Minecraft account is being used. Users can no longer fake their IGN account by, for example, saying they're "Steve" when they're not.

• 📂 Organized: Ticket history tied to the user's UUID and Discord ID. and not only the simple web panel of your Ticket System

Extras that could also be cool

• Display the linked Minecraft username on the dashboard.
• Pre-fill the support form with Discord name + Minecraft name.
• Allow relinking accounts via the website if needed.

The ticket system is made by Freshdesk, not something that is possible. It's very limited, and creating a new ticket system would be a lot of work but not saying it won't be possible.

I don't think that is how the API works on Freshdesk, I haven't looked into how their API works but it's likely the same as the other support providers which you can add addons but it wont let you customize it fully to how you want it.

Like the idea, but don’t think it’s possible right now unless we make or find another ticket site/panel. And that just doesn’t seem like a smart move 🤷🏼

Maybe fresh desk doesn't allow it means not there other email provider since what i could see is u can self code a whole system but hey ill find a solution to it
