Add a way to disable the built in mods

I think doing that will allow for players to disable Iris Shaders and that will allow for players to use distant horizons in lunar client.

2. use 1.20.1 or 1.21.2-1.21.4 (idk about 1.21.5-1.21.8 but those should work too) to use distant horizons on lunar

just dont use 1.21.0 and 1.21.1

there are 10 versions that are supported by the latest version of distant horizons and it works on 8 versions of lunar

and the changes that would be required for it to work on 1.21.0 and 1.21.1 were already suggested
