Minecraft days clock

I find myself locking myself in a hole or in a cave until it reaches daytime pretty often to avoid mobs when i start a new world. This feature could be also be useful for players that prefer to not sleep during their runs. A minecraft daytime clock would be really useful to tell when it becomes morning and when its about to become night. Another addition to this mod could be a "burn time" or some sort of indicator when the time starts burning mobs so we know if the surface is safe or still has mobs.
