Legacy Fabric for 1.8.9

So we all know that sodium provides more FPS than OptiFine.
The thing is that, Sodium is fabric-only and Fabric currently supports versions 1.17 and higher, so adding Legacy Fabric and Legacy Sodium may provide better FPS
