Small items mod

Add a mod that can change position of helf items so you can move it around an axis and also decide its scale, pretty sure badlion lets you change item size.

its already implemented in BLC and since they bought it, I hope, that they will add this to lunar soon ... its the only thing that keeps me away from playingwith lunar client because I dont like big items but its a great idea
