instead of closing the game turning off 1 mod launching the game make a mod menu in the lunar settings or modrinth mods so you dont need to close and relaunch the game probably hard tho

its not really possible to disable fabric mods in game, thats why the fabric mod menu mod doesnt have that feature as far as i know
it might be possible and i think there is a mod for it but it probably has a lot of incompatibilities and idk if it works
