Add VulkanMod Support

it would be great there could be a way to turn on a vulkan mode or Multi-Core mode, so people who want to can use multiple cores and get better frames, i think this clashes with the built in sodium, so not sure how it would work, but it would be great

and lunar uses opengl so even if sodium was not built in it would still crash
