A Dutch text channel

Hai🙂
I’d like to suggest the addition of a Dutch-language text-channel in this server. There are a lot of Dutch-speaking people in here, adding this channel would give us a place to talk using our native language without breaking the rule: "Only speak English in text channels!"

There are already channels for other languages such as French, Polish, Hindi and Spanish. Adding a fifth channel wouldn't be a big change and won't hurt (we are friendly people!)!
Other than that, there are also a few Lunar Client team members who speak Dutch and they would be able to check that channel once in a while to make sure that it is being moderated!
