Subtiertagger support

I would like to suggest adding support for or completely integrating the Subtiertagger mod. Not having it is one of the only reasons I don't use Lunar too much, and with the recent addition of Tiertagger I think it would go nicely.

and i already suggested adding subtiers to the built-in lunar tiertagger

and subtier's elytra pvp makes no sense like that's 3 hit and u are done
