Idk if this is possible but have a mod that works with server plugins like Skript and any custom item plugin.. the idea is like, with the mod, you type in a command and it pulls up an easy to use GUI where you can create a custom item with a custom name, lore, durability (max durability of item is max and minimum is 1 durability), and then working with skript, you can implement a system to understand simple and complicated skripts. Like a heart item.
Rightclick adds 1 heart and removes item from inventory. Something simple. Just so it can help people who don't know what they're doing.
