Auto Messaging

When a set event happens, like a Hypixel Bedwars game starts, or other custom events, it will automatically send a custom chat message (Like "Good Luck Everyone" when a game starts).

Thanks! I tried to do it with another mod on there, but i didn't realize it just makes a title appear on your screen.
