Chat Tabs

Add Chat Tabs where you can filter specific messages into chat tabs, this will be useful for streamers like myself to separate main chat and staff chat.

Also asd Split Chat. Both theese mods exist in LabyMod

I feel like this feature will impact a very few amount of people so it’s probably not worth the time coding it in
