Neoforge has all the optimization mods Lunar Client currently uses and it has better mods than fabric so I would recommend switching and leaving Fabric in the Vanilla

And I like some mods and Forgified Fabric Exists only for 1.21.1 and 1.20.1

fabric is more optimized than neoforge and why would they remove fabric support when they already spent a lot of time on it
they could add neoforge support but it might take a while before its added
and there are also a lot of fabric-only mods so there is no “best” modloader
