(Add) Tier tagger mod

I think adding a tier tagger mod in mods menu is great idea cause lunar client has a lot of pvpers and most of them want to get tier tested to get a tier what better way to improve than adding a tier tagger mod to see others tier too so you know around at what tier are you (tier tagger mod in modrigths doesn't work properly) and feather client actually has 1 mod for tier tagger why not and lunar client

i think it would be better if u guys just got the tier testing discords to make their own fabric mod

and then add it to lunar client manually
