add support for lunar features and forge/fabric custmo mods simultaneously and please review the way for adding custom mods like feather style because now it's very confusing and messy

there are lunar features only for optifine and the forge custom mods there are already even if for some strange reason they don't work for me, what I'm saying is to review how to add and manage mods and to include lunar features even with fabric and forge
