Make color saturation work with motion blur

Color saturation disables motion blur, this does however not happen in badlion client l

i dont know if i used optifine or forge 1.8.9 when i last used motion blur and color saturation

This is a limitation from Minecraft as we utilize shaders for both of these mods.
