Lunar Jams not working and can't purchase new ones

Hi! I bought a Lunar Jam through an alternative method since the Jam section isn’t available in my region (outside the U.S.). The problem is, when I attach it to a dance, the dance just doesn't play.
Also, when I try to buy more from the store, the payment gets declined every time.
Is there a known issue for users from other regions who bought a Jam this way? I'd appreciate any help or info on this!

Restart the game and the bug will be fixed, so you can use the emotes again.

Besides you bought the item in an unofficial way, how are you going to want support?
