Add vulkanmod support

This mod is insane i get 700+ with sodium and 1.5k FPS with VulkanMod.

lunar uses openGL everywhere

sodium, iris, noxesium are all mods added by lunar client that increase the fps, and makes it very smooth and fun to play

It is an experiment all mod so I think lunars when a wait and tell it has a stable release
