auto installed mods would have to be a toggleable feature thats disabled by default because many people dont want forced mod installs and people who play with mods in hosted worlds already know what mods they have to install

For server side this would be configurable with apollo maybe using modrith links/api? For worlds? Idk maybe u enable it on Host Menu
