exclude "redstone blocks particles"

if you remove the block breaking particles in the particles mod, the blood kill effect stops working since it uses the redstone block particles to work, add an option to disable all the block particles except the redstone one to be able to use it while having block breaking particles off please 🙏 Its a small fix that's really easy to add and that make the experience better
