add borderless windowed/fullscreen

We can all agree that tabbing out and waiting that two second black screen tests your patience especially after you lost a skywars game, or having an annoying border around the top and bottom of your screen is just unappealing. This is why the future of lunar client should add a “Borderless Windowed/Fullscreen”.
