Add Badlions BSL Blur to Lunar.
Why?
Badlion's and Lunar's motion blur both are trash in my opinion, and they seem extremely choppy. However, the BSL Blur from badlion seems significantly more smoother, and look much better on monitors between 100-200 hz. The blur also is similar to human vision, which makes it seem even more smoother.
**NOTE: **This only supports machines with a discrete graphics card, specifically AMD or NVIDIA. Some alternatives could be Natural Motion Blur, or Polyblur, both found on modrinth, which work on any device.
