there are a lot of commands for the lunar client bot to help players, but the public and ping options are to staff only. that make it inconvenient for people who want to help in #community-support since they have to tell them to understand and manually use the command.
as the purpose of community support is that the community can help players, making the public option available for all users in #community-support will make using the channel be more convenient and save times for both volunteers and players. and to prevent spams, the cooldown can be like 30-60 seconds or something near that. so by that people who wants to help can simply type out the command and the player who need help will understand.
