#Hidden unfocused chat

Pretty straightforward, just an option to hide chat when unfocused. This would mean when you hit your key to open chat, it would unhide chat.
Ideally, there should be an option for the ping sound to happen/not happen while chat is hidden.
Minecraft chat settings only allows unfocused height to go to to 20px minimum.
This would be really useful for recording videos on practice servers when you want your game to look clean but also want to be able to access chat fairly easily. Usually I would turn chat to 0% scale, but that won't show chat when you press your chat keybind.
In some of Stimp's old videos, you may see him turn the chat scale to 0% during gameplay and then turn it back to normal after his match finishes. However, this is annoying to keep doing and is much easier to just tab into chat by pressing your chat keybind.

i'm gonna give you a tip: your suggestion is too big, which could basically make people too lazy to read your suggestion and they could just ignore it or give it a dislike, i figured out what you meant and it only requird 1 or 2 lines, not 14 lines.
