Remove block breaking particles

This would be a performance feature/ Quality of life, where players can enable/disable all block breaking particles.

I my self are doing alot of farming on hypixel skyblock, and all the block breaking from crops or from when im mining is causing some lag, thereby if there was a feature to where you could enable/disable block breaking particles, that would make my game run more smooth.

I think this could be a good addition to lunar, as it helps with players performance.
