If badlion mods get added to lunar this is how it should be decided if a mod gets added or not.
If the mod already exists for fabric then dont add it (it can be added on 1.8 though)
If the mod doesnt exist for fabric it can be added

instead of re-coding a mod that exists for fabric its better to fix incompatibility with the fabric mod
