its not related to viewers its related to simply showing off fps in any kind of way
lets say i make hypixel skyblock videos and talk about fps in the hub but i am currently in a train with a laptop and cannot reach more than 60 but i need footage with an counter of 100 it would be usefull like that

tho ngl personally unless its on a tight "have to be posted within x days" schedule i think it'd be fine to delay it until you're off the train, but again i see what you mean.

as i said only a few amount of people actually need it the chance of this all happenening is so low and you could use third party software like rivatuner or msi to spoof the fps

this addition to lunar is more of a disk space waste than a usefull feature

most fps spoofer mods have a value you can change to double or triple your current fps to make it look more realistic
