By making the channel an announcements channel, it gives us the possibility to follow it on our own discords and it'd ease communication during this acquisition event :> Would be pretty nice if you guys could change it!! 🔥 It would also get rid of alot of fake news and conspiracies that could spread around rumours

i believe they meant making it an actual discord announcements channel, which you can follow and gets auto sent into servers
