Make the random game command run automatically every so often after meeting a requirement. Ex. "Every 100 messages" or "every 20 minutes" (I recommend the message number since it accounts for a dead chat).
I've made functionalities like this before and I find it nicer and more community-friendly. If you need any help implementing this, my DM's are open.
