Make the crosshair centered in the crosshair mod

Minecraft crosshair is not centered by default, and the Lunar crosshair mod is no different. Add an option so we can have a centered crosshair when playing

the lunar crosshair is centered as far as i can tell because its based on the original crosshair mod which is centered properly iirc

agreed, the regular minecraft crosshair isn't centered properly, but the lunar crosshair mod is worse, it is more offset than the default minecraft crosshair, so this fix would be great. 😄

It is not centered, I tested it with the built in crosshair of my monitor and it is not in the middle of the screen
