basicly adds texturepacks that everybody uses like lower shield or fire, see trough water and lava and some optifine features

low shield, low fire and see through water are already included in lunar (you have to enable them in the mod menu)
you can get optifine features by using fabric mods with /modloading
seeing through lava is bannable on most servers

"Shield Height" and "Fire Height" are both options you can change inside of Lunar Client already.

• Right Shift -> Mods -> Settings -> Fire Height / Shield Height

You can also edit "Water Fog Density" by enabling and customising the "Fog Customiser" mod.

• Right Shift -> Mods -> Fog Customiser

As for "OptiFine" features, as PhantomBridger suggested you can look for Fabric mods that replicate these. Some examples are: "CIT Resewn", "FabricSkyboxes" or "Continuity".
