lunar staff is rather busy as far as i can tell so it would probably not be possible to make a live support chat

I understand, but it would still be good for us as users because the other methods are slower, so when we want to solve short problems that could take us 10 minutes to solve, it could take us more hours for something simpler. So if a live support chat is created, it would be much easier and, on top of that, it would be 1 on 1, which would be much easier (I am Spanish, so I have to do it with translators just in case there is something that is not understood).

the only difference is that they probably dont have as many staff members as some other companies
