Add temperature setting to the color saturation mod

also, fix bugs with that mod, specifically:
-it doesn't apply yet in the inventory and that hurts my eyes, when I open it quickly.
-it doesn't apply to hui, mods and chat, which looks weird

i would suggest changing the saturation mod in the title to color saturation mod

so people know what you mean

because saturation is a different mod

and youre talking about color saturation
