#Implemented Tier tagger for both, lurrn's and marlow's tl

One of the best reasons why i'm suggesting this is that the tier tagger mod only supports marlow's tierlist and there isn't any other tier tagger mod that supports lurrn's tierlist
And i would like this due to alot of people getting a better tier on lurrn's tierlist which is never going to show up on marlow's tierlist which also means it's not going to show up on the tier tagger aswell which brings in a big problem.
So if this is possible there could be more tierlist's implemented like subtiers in the FUTURE (if possible)
I have talked to not just staff on marlow's tierlist but also the owner of the Tier Tagger mod and there aren't going to be any tier-migrations from lurrn's tierlist to marlow's tierlist and the owner of the tier tagger mod said they don't want to support lurrn's tierlist.

I would like this alot and i think alot of people are going to do so aswell.
