Pretty straightforward. Call of Duty has this option too. Pretty much just adds motion blur to items (swing animation, changing items, etc.). This can be used if someone doesn't want to use motion blur but does like the motion blur swing animation or item swapping.

Just so u understand: higher refresh rate is so that u can notice the moves of ur enemy faster. If u have motion blur tho, u don't see anything because it's blurry. So you'd have to stop moving to see smth, which leaves me wondering why you would willingly us it.

motion blur is only actually useful for 60hz and lower refresh rates (maybe 75-100 idk) but with 120+hz you dont want to use motion blur

its in lunar mods, you have to have fast render disabled in video settings for it to work. If you have fast render on and motion blur on, it just wont work.
