A profile feature for settings would definitely be beneficial for Lunar. Being able to have one profile called PVP that has highest performance settings and having on called Shaders that has quality rendering settings and shaders applied. These could be saved as files that store the settings and then could be loaded through a menu made specifically for the folder.

For Lunar settings yes. I haven't seen it for the actual game settings themselves.
