so i noticed that minecraft has been getting a bunch of smaller frequent updates. i ALSO noticed that lunar client only uses full releases instead of snapshots. this is kind of annoying because i host a server with my freind and need lunar for it but also want to use new snapshots but i cant. please fix this

there are versions for the snapshot features after some time

and adding support for every new snapshot would take a lot more resources

I don't think we'll support snapshots as it would put a massive increase on updates/time, waiting for full releases makes sure that the client can release with as little bugs as possible too.

We sometimes release snapshots, mostly as Mojang gets closer to a full release

Right now I can tell ya the 1.21.5 snapshots are very buggy on Lunar, but once we get it more stable we might make it public
