[Server API] Block destruction while using item like in 1.7

Quick idea: Any chance y'all could add an option to Lunar Client's Server API that would allow servers to enable proper right clicking and left clicking at the same time like 1.7? In 1.8 you can't place lava while clicking, or eat soups while clicking, etc
Similar to how you did it for the hit miss penalty. I'd love to be able to provide a fair playing ground between 1.7 and 1.8 users
