The item size mod could be similar to something like the dulkir mod, where you can change an item's rotation, size, swing speed, position on your screen, etc.
This wouldnt affect your fist or anything, it would only affect the item you are holding, and when you change items the change in the setting would still apply,
so the adjustment would apply to all held items (just stating that incase I'm not too clear here) this would add a lot more customization to mods and in my personal
opinion it just makes a lot of things better.
