Option to enable/disable Chunk optimizations

In the badlion client there is an option to disable/enable Chunk optimizations, and this simply saves my PC, going from 40/50 FPS to 130+ If I disable it, I have a potato PC, so it has an integrated video card, and this option is horrible for integrated video cards, and I think that in Lunar Chunk optimizations is already activated
