Make permanent free cosmetics besides the back to school ones from like 2022

There are a good bit of free cosmetics that come out every once in a while but all of them expire after like a week or 2

They don't really warn when cosmetics are time limited until the time runs out so in a way it's like giving "donkey's joy" as they say in my country to people
