Improvement of Pack Display mod

When using multiple resource packs, allow users to select the specific pack they want to display on the HUD. Currently, the mod only supports displaying the resource pack that is positioned one slot above the Minecraft Default pack.

However I believe the way this feature worked on another client/mod required the user to restart the game after toggling the option

As the downscaling happens in the launch process

you would just have to add a warning that it requires a restart and decreases performance
