Add Party system

Add a mod for parties, so you can invite other LC users into the party and then have features like:

• party chat
• party leader being able to place a rally point (a waypoint that everyone in the party can see), which useful in almost every team minigame
• and many more can be added

Would be cool if it made the party members switch servers when the host does, and make it so the party members would automatically get added to a party if they joined hypixel for example

All of that is possible
