I suggest that the chains be placed above the armor.

I recently bought some cosmetics, and I realized that it would be a good idea if the chains could be put on the armor, just like the bandanas.

This would be awesome to have as a toggle per cosmetic type in the settings. Above or below armour toggle slider for bandanas, hats, chains etc
