For multiplayer experiences, it would be beneficial for me to be able to middle mouse click other players (whether they play on Lunar Client or not) to add them to a list of some sort or tag them. More generally, this could be a way for players to tag people or middle mouse click to add them as a friend or keep track of certain players. This "list" or "tag" is just loose; I think this could generally be up to the user what they want to add people for.
Settings/options for this mod could be to enable/disable it entirely, play a sound/send a client message in chat/etc. when someone in the list or with the tag joins your world, rename the list, create multiple lists, view the list, etc. There are a lot of possibilities here.
Real world usage example
For a personalized use case, I am recommending something like this so I can middle-click users who I believe to be cheating online or generally do abusive or toxic things to me or others so I can know to avoid them. While reporting on servers and in new versions of Minecraft can be an effective tool to combat this, the truth is it is common to run into these types of players and for players like me it would help me keep track of who to avoid or keep a note of.

A beneficial function would to be middle-click to open a menu to manage the list or tags given to various players. A way to expand on this "feature" is to present a menu to manage a list of options you can set for that user; add them as a friend, report, view their Lunar cosmetics, integrations with other mods, etc. This probably deserves its own post.
I think there are a lot of use cases for something like this. Let me know your thoughts. I would go add this on my own but it appears that even light-hearted modifications, even for personal use, are against the terms of service, so I guess this is my only legitimate way of getting this.
