External mod config menu for Lunar client / Ability to use vanilla menu screen

In lunar there is no way to change the config of other mods that are added via fabric, and certain mods have buttons on the vanilla menu screen that lets you do that. It is needed for certain mods like Flashback & Litematica, amongst others, or at least somewhere in the lunar settings to change other mod's settings
