I have to talk about how bad the motion blur feature is on Lunar Client. Compared to any other client, it’s just the worst. There's no flexibility, and it hasn't been updated in years—practically since the CheatBreaker days. The motion blur is so bad that it’s not even worth using, even when pushing like 3000 FPS. It’s insane that a motion blur like BTC 3.0 can look better with like ten times less FPS.

Why to consider this

Outdated and Inflexible: The motion blur hasn’t seen an update in ages and doesn’t offer the customization that other clients do.

Performance vs. Quality: Even with high FPS, the current motion blur doesn’t improve the visual experience. Other clients manage to deliver smoother visuals with much lower FPS.

Radio Feature Criticism: And really, a radio feature? Come on. Nobody is asking for that, especially with the current price. It’s more expensive than Spotify. How can anyone argue that "Lunar Client Radio" offers the same, if not more, than Spotify? It’s just ridiculous. (ur launcher feels borderline like bloatware) just look how much cleaner old lunar launcher gui was so clean and not bloatware

it's so funny to see how people actually care about the launcher while all it does is to let you launch the game. it's like complaining about the ad in the corner (like some other people did) when it doesn't prevent you from doing anything in the launcher, at all.
the difference is massive because the new launcher obviously brings more features than v2. there's no way to compare the two
especially with the mod loading updates, vanilla launching, modpacks, etc. new launcher takes the lead
radio was a feature back in cheat breaker days, and ever since lunar came out, people have been asking for it. so yeah, we did ask for it. no comment on the price tbh, i'd prefer it over spotify if it acted as an hud for spotify, or allowed for more free stations/local songs.
also not sure how the player count gives you "bloatware vibes"
again, the launcher has no impact on the game client itself, so the whole thing doesn't matter
tldr? you ruined your own suggestion by moving it to a completely unrelated topic. if you're going to call every feature you see and you don't use "bloat" then i guess you can stop using clients as a whole.

the radio only allows 1 station and you have to pay an insane price to just listen to radio. i'd prefer using my phone instead of this. ||this is my opinion!! No hate to other opinions!||
and the radio has been suggested a very little amount of times. anyways why do people want a built in spotify or radio when you can use the spotify app on your pc?
and the launcher does not effect anything. it does not effect your gameplay.

the suggestion forum you're looking at was created in 2023
lunar first came out in 2019 and that was when cheatbreaker was abandoned. it's normal you don't see radio suggestions here

most people here don't even know what cheatbreaker is or they've never used it in their lives so radio wouldn't make sense to be suggested if they haven't seen it before

also people don't want a built in spotify mod. they're just asking for an hud, just like radio mod's hud to preview what's currently playing, and allow for skipping songs, pausing, and so on

and no i didnt call every feature bloat but tell me why do i need to see my entire friend list at the front page with their name skin lunar logo???????? i already know im on that with when they were last seen eyy its basically useless also when i've launched my game why do i need to see my version again? and my branch 99% of people dont use that or know about it and when i started my game notification inbox is useless i've played lunar for years with full friend list and havent gotten a single one i've never once ever needed to know what version of lunar client im on so v3.3.0 is also just irrelevant, quickplay has never been used and had to add another server list even tho its just quickplay again? and quickplay should be based on ur personal minecraft server list so thats another just useless thing the news thing i get why is there but cmon let people hide it and when selecting versions it shows me 4 different places the minecraft version i have selected why? its too extra

Feather is the best client I’m not advertising but they actually make their features better than lunar
