Hey Lunar Client
team,
IDEA
I wanted to share an idea to make troubleshooting easier for your community
. Discord’s slash commands
allow's attachments as parameters, which means users can directly upload files like logs when running a command. This could streamline the process for analyzing crash logs or debugging issues users encounter.
Example
For example, you could implement a /logcheck command that requires users to attach a file (the logs) and tell via discord wich Mod is incompatible ive coded something similare in python and it is possible as you can see in those images down below.
❔ Why???? ❔
This feature could help with the support efficiency, especially for resolving mod conflicts, memory issues, or dependency errors. It’s a small change with a big impact for both users and support teams!
also i would like to suggest to this point it helps the Agents
tiny bit with there Work
Community + Point
Giving users tools to self-diagnose builds trust and reduces frustration. It makes the support process feel smoother and more professional. and helps more in https://discord.com/channels/555932873798975568/771302230993141782
**Lunar Client's Staffs and Chat Mods + Point **
If a staff member doesn’t have much knowledge about logs or is helping for the first time, this feature makes it easier for them to interact with the community and assist users in identifying which MOD is causing the problem
