This suggestion is directed for the Media Team here at Lunar Client.

So, the current publicised form of joining the Lunar Client Partnership Programme is by emailing the team, though this is very inefficient as it leaves the scriber wondering whether they are going to be accepted, if they’re application is being read through or denied, as the applicant has to wait 2 weeks before knowing they weren’t accepted.

I suggest adding a page or a form where those who apply can see where they’re application is at, weather it has been opened, denied or accepted. If denied a simple reason should be added to allow the user to benefit from it and adapt to it.

From what is said on Lunar Clients webpage, we read that no needed amount of followers is needed, the only requirement is that the creator makes a positive influence on a community, which is a fair choice but from what is being presented by the current media team, it seems that those with high amount of followers are gaining the role.

There are many benefits to allowing the media acceptance to be lenient. For one, it will motivate small creators to try and achieve their goals, it will also show how inclusive this brand is as it not only targets big creators. I can say from my own experience with trying to apply, it is difficult and it does make one upset once they receive no response when checking their emails and dms everyday with hopes.

Hopefully this increases my chances in the foreseeable future haha.

Best regards,

Even if they don't open it up to smaller creators, they should at least give some sort of number as a minimum follower count, and then maybe another, higher number which is a recommended follower count (your application will be considered if you have above the minimum follower count, but they prefer people with more than the recommended count). This way, people know the hard minimum which they must reach before application, and they know the threshold they should pass for the best shot of getting accepted.
